These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and regulations governing the Trees and Fishes 10% Gift Voucher Promotion (the “Promotion”). By participating in this Promotion, you (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not participate in the Promotion.

Promotion Overview:
The Sunset Club 10% Gift Voucher Promotion is organised and administered by Trees and Fishes Private Retreat, Vanuatu (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Promotion encourages users to sign up as Sunset Club members and offers a 10% gift voucher (“Voucher”) to eligible Participants. Eligibility:
To be eligible for the Voucher, you must:
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Sign up as an Sunset Club member on our website or relevant social media platforms.

Voucher Details:
The Voucher is valued at 10% off the retail price of your first stay at Trees and Fishes Private Retreat and can be redeemed by making an online or manual reservation. The voucher can be used for a minimum 3 night stay and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation. The Voucher is valid for redemption until December 31st, 2024. The Voucher can only be used once and is non-transferable.

Restrictions:
The Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or promotions. It may not be combined with other vouchers or coupons. The Voucher is only valid for use by the Participant who received it and cannot be transferred to another individual.

How to Redeem:

You can also contact us to tailor a customised trip plan. We will apply your voucher upon confirming your reservation.

General Terms:
Trees and Fishes Private Retreat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time and for any reason without notice. Trees and Fishes Private Retreat may, at its discretion, disqualify any Participant found to be in violation of these Terms or engaging in fraudulent or inappropriate behaviour. Trees and Fishes Private Retreat will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or expired Vouchers. By participating in this Promotion, you grant Trees and Fishes Private Retreat the right to use your name, likeness, and testimonial for promotional purposes without additional compensation. Trees and Fishes Private Retreat decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion, including the eligibility of Participants and the interpretation of these Terms, shall be final. These Terms are governed by the laws of Vanuatu. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with this Promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vanuatu.
