If you love prawns this quick & easy dish is for you with it sweets and little chilli aroma!
- 1.5kg frozen kings prawns cutlet
- Fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1 red chilli, cut in half lengthways and deseeded
- Table spoon of Fish Sauce, Sweet Chiili Sauce, Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- basil leaves, to garnish
Defrost the prawn cutlets 2-3 hours prior to cooking.
Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil. Stir fry prawns for 5 mins or till cooked or red in colour. Mix in chilli, chopped basil and sauces, lemon. Mix well.Garnish with some fresh sweet basil leaves. Serve with steamed rice or noodles and eat immediately.
