Stay and visit the world’s most accessible volcano
Incorporate a stay at Trees and Fishes and experience an overnight tour to the Yasur volcano. Yasur is regarded as the world’s most accessible active volcano. Over the centuries, ash rain from Yasur has built up huge black sand dunes, creating a stark moonscape. Take a one hour drive from Tanna’s White Grass Airport followed by a short 10 minute walk up to the crater rim, where you are treated to a magnificient fireworks display. Night-time viewing is best. Then enjoy dinner and a nights stay at White Grass prior to returning the next morning to Trees and Fishes.

Stay and dive pristine reef systems abound with marine life
The clear turquoise waters off Trees and Fishes hide some deep and spectacular underwater canyons. Diving is spectacular with crystal clear waters and the shallow reefs providing a haven for marine life. Experience the most wonderful diverse sites minutes away from the retreat. With over 16 dive sites to choose from including drop offs reaching 114 meters in depth, reef bommie dives, wreck dives, cave and thermal vent dives. Visibility rarely is below 25 meters. Water ranges from 25c in the dry season to 30c in the wet season.
